Activation reason:
The Australian state of Western Australia has experienced 5 days of extreme fire conditions resulting in significant fire activity and property/infrastructure loss in an area immediately adjacent to the major city of Perth. Damage assessments are underway, however there are large areas that remain inaccessible. Conditions are expected to deterioriate throughout today and tomorrow as the remnants of a Tropical Low pass through the fire affected area.
