Activation reason:
A dangerous situation persists in Calabria, South Italy, due to several fires that are affecting the
territory. The flames have restarted in the Aspromonte Mountain around the San Luca Valley,
where there are the Unesco heritage beech trees called Faggete Vetuste. Ground teams from other italian regions have been deployed to the affected places, as well several Canadairs and helicopters.
