Cologne Festival, Germany (2023-11-11)

On the 11 November 2023, a major festival will take place in the heart of the city of Cologne, Germany. Tens of thousands of visitors are expected for the day. The Cologne Fire service, which is tasked with providing safety measures during large events, needs to collect information on gathering people and places during this event, in order to better manage and predict the flow of visitors for the coming years. Copernicus EMS Rapid Mapping is requested to provide a situation assessment emergency mapping.
