An East Coast Low has developed off the coast of New South Wales which is producing heavy rain with a threat to life and property through the rapid rising of rivers and flash flooding. Flooding impacts are expected to last throughout the next week. This area was the location of previous flooding this year which has resulted in high soil moisture levels which is more susceptible to flooding.
