Activation reason:
On Thursday 06/02/2020 a dumping site has collapsed near Ermua in the Basque Country of Spain. Two workers have disappeared. Due to the huge amount of residues in the landfill, the instability of the residues and the type of residues contained, the searching work is very complex. From a safety point of view, an up-to-date assessment of the situation in the field is needed.
