The scope of the service request is to generate a highly detailed asset-map for Austria expressing values in EURO/m2. Assets should be made available not only as cumulative layer of different types of assets (e.g. private households, industry, commerce, vehicles, agriculture, etc.), but as accessible single contributing layers as well, each of them expressing its value in EURO/m2.The potential users are a variety of governmental agencies working on hazard management, risk reduction and strategies for climate change adaptation. The main use of the spatial dataset is intended for ex-ante risk assessments and in ex-post for event documentation and analysis
