Data access
The csv file contains time series of public and private R&I investmensts and trends in patents in the SET Plan Actions for each of the EU Member States.
PATSTAT contains bibliographical and legal status patent data from leading industrialised and developing countries. This is extracted from the EPO’s databases and is either provided as bulk data or can be consulted online.
The database includes data on budgets in national currencies, in USD and in Euro . The government energy technology RD&D budgets are submitted on an annual questionnaire every year to the IEA Secretariat by appropriate Administrations in national currencies. Also, the database shows RD&D budgets and calculating indicators.
