Heavy rains in the past hours have caused serious damages in several Provinces in Andalucia including Malaga and Sevilla and, in particular, in Ecija Municipality where river Genil has reached almost 7 meters water level . Several roads were closed to traffic and railways interrupted, evacuations of people have occurred in various locations
