Data from On-Board Fuel and energy Consumption Monitoring (OBFCM) for light-duty M1 vehicles, concatenated data 2021-2023. Each record represents a unique vehicle. When multiple OBFCM readouts are available from the observation period for a single vehicle, the most recent one is retained.
