Due to Storm Gloria, Catalonia is suffering extended damages from flooding and strong winds, affecting people and infrastructure. Copernicus EMS Rapid Mapping is requested to map the extent of floods on the 23rd and 24th of January 2020. Grading of damage is also requested.
