Hurricane Eta began impacting Honduras on 04 November, triggering large scale historic level floods. The National Permanent Contingencies Commission of Honduras (COPECO) and the National Coordination Centre for Natural Prevention Centre (CEPREDENAC) are requesting this activation in order to evaluate the impact on: population, crops damaged or lost, road and other critical infrastructure affected or destroyed
