Indices to characterise the holisitic climatic suitability of a destination for tourism. The Tourism Climate Index (TCI) are computed at the NUTS2 regional level for the historical period 1981-2020. Projections of this index are obtained for the timespan 2010-2100 under two different emission scenarios, RCP4.5 and RCP8.5, forced by ten different regional climate models.
