Description

The data set covers all relevant process steps / technologies over the supply chain of the represented cradle to gate inventory with a good overall data quality. The inventory is mainly based on industry data and is completed, where necessary, by secondary data. Normally ground water is cleaner than the surface water. Regularly ground water assimilates iron, manganese, carbon dioxide and many different minerals on its way through the soil layers. Although these substances are not harmful, they might worsen water taste or deposit in the pipelines.

Technical Purpose: Potable water from groundwater for all kind of applications.
