Description

Cradle-to-gate dataset of chitosan production with high quality. It includes the production and transport of the required raw materials, and the processing to obtain these products (chitin and chitosan), as well as all the supporting activities (production of energy carriers, auxiliary materials, etc.). Basic overall data quality.

Technical Purpose: High quality chitosan can be used for the production of comestic and pharmaceutical products.
