Cradle-to-gate dataset of chitosan production of average quality. It includes the production and transport of the required raw materials, and the processing to obtain these products (chitin and chitosan), as well as all the supporting activities (production of energy carriers, auxiliary materials, etc.). Overall high data quality.
Technical Purpose: General-purpose chitosan of average quality, mainly used for agricultural applications.
