Wildfire in Germany (2023-06-12)

Description

On the 12 June 2023 at 20:00, a wildfire is reported to have affected an area of about 90 hectares with a fast spreading in northern Germany. The area is known to contain old ammunitions from the World War II.

Copernicus EMS Rapid Mapping is requested to provide an initial rough estimation, fire extent monitoring and damage assessment emergency mapping.
