Collection: ECIS : European Cancer Information System 

Description

A set of OWL ontologies for validating cancer stage according to a variety of stage classifications. Each stage ontology is an OWL file that may require the importing of other OWL files. Some of these files can be found in the "TNM generic OWL files" link in this data set; other necessary files (e.g. ICD-O-3 and ICCC-3 ontologies) can be found in the associated data sets in the JRC data catalogue under the ECIS data collection
